Description

FeverAll® Acetaminophen Suppositories deliver temporary fever relief and pain reduction with acetaminophen, through the anal tissues. These tissues are highly vascular (rich in blood supply) and readily take the medicine into the bloodstream for systemic absorption by the entire body. In short, FeverAll® Acetaminophen Suppositories work systemically to temporarily relieve fever and pain. FeverAll® is the answer to getting an accurate dose of medicine into your child when they won’t or can't take it orally. There are times when infants and children can’t or won’t take medication orally. That is why healthcare professionals urge parents to keep FeverAll® Acetaminophen Suppositories on hand. They’re easy to administer and each suppository contains an accurate, age-appropriate dose. No partial dosing due to spilling or spitting out of liquid. The suppository form ensures accurate dosing and there is no need to measure. Active Ingredients:(In Each Rectal Suppository) is Acetaminophen 80 mg. Do not use more than directed. Directions: Remove wrapper. Carefully insert suppository well up into the rectum. Dosing Chart: Under 6 months: do not use unless directed by a doctor. 6 to 11 months: use 1 suppository every 6 hours. 12 to 36 months: use 1 suppository every 4 to 6 hours. Store at 2-27 degrees C (35-80 degrees F). Inactive Ingredients: Glycerol Monostearate; Hydrogenated Vegetable Oil; Polyoxyethylene Stearate; Polysorbate 80. For rectal use only. Acetaminophen may cause liver damage. Do not use: if you are allergic to acetaminophen; with any other drug containing acetaminophen (prescription or nonprescription). Ask a doctor or pharmacist before using with other drugs if you are not sure. Ask a doctor before use if: the child has liver disease; the child is taking the blood thinning drug warfarin. Stop use and ask a doctor if: fever lasts more than 3 days (72 hours), or recurs; pain lasts more than 5 days or gets worse; new symptoms occur; redness or swelling is present in the painful area. These may be signs of a serious condition. Keep out of reach of children. If swallowed or in case of overdose, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away. Quick medical attention is critical in case of overdose for adults and children even if you do not notice any signs or symptoms. FeverAll Infants Acetaminophen Suppositories 6 Rectal Suppositories 80mg each: * Temporarily reduces fever and relieves minor aches, pain and headaches * Each FeverAll 80mg suppository contains 80mg of acetaminophen * For best results, administer 1 suppository once every 4-6 hours (maximum of 5 doses in 24 hours) * For children ages 6 months to 36 months * Store this product at 35-80 degrees F (2-27 degrees C)
