Ameda's CustomFit breast pump flange kit helps make breast pumping comfortable. New mothers can pump more milk when the fit is just right. The breast flange is the funnel shaped piece that cups the breast. A good fit is important. Make sure your breast flange is not too small or too large. Using the wrong size will cause discomfort and reduce the effectiveness of your pump. ● Flange and piston chamber piece that screws onto the bottle and goes against the breast when pumping. The flange part is 25 mm in diameter to fit most nipple sizes. ● Using the correct flange sizing can contribute to a more efficient pumping process. ● Breast pump flanges and inserts are entirely BPA and DEHP free. ● Works with your Ameda breastfeeding equipment to create the easiest possible pumping process. ● Two different flange sizing options that can be easily be switched out to cater to your specific needs. ● The large/medium Custom Fit flanges provide moms with larger breast flanges and special reducing inserts to create a smaller size for maximum pumping effectiveness. ● If pumping causes discomfort, even on a low suction setting, you may need a different breast flange size.
